if you are in possession of a discount card with which you have free access (Museumkaart, ICOM, Stadspas, I Amsterdam City Card, Vriendenpas or a complimentary ticket) you do not need to reserve online. Please present the discount card at the museum counter.

You have to validate your ticket upon arrival at the museum counter. Please have it available on your phone, tablet or in print.

Your tickets are only valid on the chosen day.

If you have purchased your ticket in combination with a discount pass, please present it along with your ticket.

A free audio tour is included with the entrance fee. The audio tour is available in multiple languages (nl/eng/de/fr/es/it/pt) and in Dutch Sign Language. You can also download the tour on your own phone with the app MapMyVisit by Guide ID.
